Bullseye Property
Summary
- Large land package with 2300 ha comprised of 112 mineral claims (20 km2)
- 100% owned by Thunderbird Minerals Corp. with no underlying royalties or payments
- Close proximity to Snag Airstrip (22 km), which provides a cost-effective solution to support major exploration programs
- 2020 Discovery trench cross-cut a NE trending shear that assayed ~0.69 g/t Au over 78m including 1.03 g/t Au over 44m
- 2021 Discovery hole BERC-21-4 assayed 1.03 g/t Au over 80.77m, including 1.88 g/t Au over 25.91m, in turn including 2.54 g/t Au over 12.19m
- The Bullseye property is contiguous to K2 Gold Corp’s Wels Gold Project, which covers a 2011 gold discovery with surface grab samples up to 149 g/t Au. Highlighted drill intercepts include: 3.53 g/t Au over 19.5m; 2.37 g/t Au over 28.5m and 10.38 g/t Au over 6m.

Geology
With favorable structures and host lithology that is similar to K2 Gold Corp’s discoveries, there is excellent potential for a significant gold discovery on the Bullseye property. Highlights include:
- Large NW and NE trending faults are closely associated with mineralization
- Small, mid Cretaceous granitoids are in proximity to NW and NE trending fault systems and could be associated with the mineralization
- The Bullseye property overlies geophysical signatures that are similar to other highly prospective targets on K2 Gold’s Wels property. These signatures may be associated with intrusions.
- Rock grab samples from the Gold Crest zone contained up to 253 ppb Au
- A 250 m x 200 m gold-in-soil anomaly extends over the Gold Crest zone with 28 samples with values from 31.9 ppb Au to 215 ppb Au. This soil anomaly remains open.
- The Gold Crest zone exhibits a similar soil geochemical signature to known gold mineralization in the area with strong Au, As, and Sb values in soil
- Discovery trench cross cutting a NE trending shear assayed ~0.69 g/t Au over 78m including 1.03 g/t Au over 44m
- Five reverse-circulation (RC) holes totaling 384.05m were drilled at the Gold Crest Zone. All five holes returned significant near-surface gold (Au)-bearing intervals
- Discovery Hole BERC-21-4 intersected significant gold mineralization that assayed 1.03 g/t Au over 80.77m, including 1.88 g/t Au over 25.91m, in turn including 2.54 g/t Au over 12.19m. This broad intersection of gold mineralization from surface provides evidence for a robust gold system within the Gold Crest Zone.
- This first pass, shallow-hole drill program tested only a 150-meter strike length of the Gold Crest Zone, which remains open along strike and at depth.
