Thunderbird Minerals Amends Agreement for Apache Property
VANCOUVER, BC, July 25, 2024, Thunderbird Minerals Corp. (“Thunderbird” or the “Company”) (TSX: BIRD) announces that it has amended the Mineral Lease and Option Agreement dated July 24, 2023 with respect to the Apache Property located in Kern County, California. Pursuant to the terms of the amendment agreement, the vendor has agreed to waive the pre-production payments of US$10,000 due July 24, 2023 and US$15,000 due January 24, 2025 and to waive the minimum work commitments of $50,000 in year 1 and $50,000 or year 2.
